hurtdr Hi just wanted you to know I did mail your package but I used the mailing label from the order that was cancelled. Since that order was cancel it isn’t keeping track of the tracking number. The mailing order from your actual order is going to look like nothing is happening which with that tracking number nothing is happening but your order is shipped and on its way to you. I’m sorry.

lridg I meant to message you earlier, my daughter loved the necklace, had a Tiffany heart with her initial on it. We have the Tiffany cleaner at hone and tried to get the original heart clean....anyway she went to store and ty sent it out to switch the hearts. We don’t know if it was the same heart or not but original heart looks brand new now....just thought I’d share :) ❤️ thanks again she loves it!

corymoe And the heart with scratches was “buffed” most likely. It’s amazing how they can do it! Silver is pliable as is gold and well worth buying it. When I found that piece originally and opened it he chain was perfect but my husband said “was it run over by a truck? LOL Nothing disclosed to me, that’s why I always disclose. What goes around comes around 😉 And you ended up with an authentic vintage piece!!!! Enjoy!!!!
