VTG Wedding Cake Celluloid Chrysanthemum Necklace

This vintage chrysanthemum pendant is made of a highly detailed molded plastic similar to celluloid but lighter. This type of plastic was manufactured by such brands as Featherweight, Featherlite and Bubbleite. Similar floral jewelry is also sometimes referred to as wedding cake celluloid. This has a matte white/ivory finish. Dangling from a 20" high quality gold plated chain the pendant is just over an inch in diameter. In like new vintage condition. Just lovely for a bride or bridesmaid.
