caylee1closet @kimberlyrenees I wore a 3XL (22/24) & tried on the 5X when I got them it fit BUT the off Shoulder portion was only off slightly. When I lost weight & could wear USA sizing 2XL (18/20 or22 then the 5X fit me more like the photo in shoulder area. The dress is very stretchy material that drapes. It’s the neck opening that I feel would hinge on how much it’s off Shoulder looking. The neck opening laying flat ms. 16” across. The dress measures 31.5” across (63” around) all of this is about the 5X😊👍
