Ties with a ribbon in back of the head. Never worn. A few little sparklies that add a bit of interest. Like new!!! It’s rigid, and it gives just a bit to fit the curve of your face. It’s not so rigid that it’s uncomfortable. I bought it for an event, didn’t wear it, so ended up saving it. It is so cool!!! In excellent condition, will fit most.
