mochi_heart @jhebert1522 Hi, I double-checked and the waist measurement is correct when item is laid flat. The skirt is low waisted and this brand tends to run slightly large. I am definitely not an XS but would probably need to size down since size small was a little loose. I think the model is wearing an XS. I hope this helps! :)
