Vintage red crushed velvet blazer

Vintage red crushed velvet blazer. Bought years ago at a vintage shop in charlotte. Tag says 9/10 for sizing. Across shoulder is approx 16.5”. Waist is about 15.5” across. Velvet is still very soft. Minor flaws like white scuff marks that I believe will come out with washing. Didn’t wear nor did I want to wash it for fear of messing it up. List as junior size. This needs a petite frame.
