Blue skirt

Really cute skirt, perfect for parties. It's a really deep royal blue and is really flowy and fun. The thin outer layer is it d o pleasted and is very movable. The thicker under layer isn't as moveable, but is just as comfy and it keeps the skirt from being see through. Only worn about 4 times.
