NWOT Tahari Black velvet jacket with embroidery on collar and arm cuffs. Snap button closure, 3/4 cuffed sleeve, and faux pocket flaps in front. There's a slightly thin padding in shoulders also. Made in Philippines. Size 4. approx. measurements taken laying flat and relaxed: bust- 39", shoulder-15", sleeve- 9" from pit/15.5" from shoulder, length 21". Excellent condition.
