NWT Jessica McClintok Ruched Strapless Dress

This black Jessica McClintock dress is strapless and new with tags. The front has figure flattering ruching and the material in the back lays flat. It is a size 2, but it should be noted that this brand sizes way down and this dress fits more like a 00.
