I've had a few buyers, just recently say their jeweler told them that the gem is Glass or Fake. Imagine the disappointment. In fact, most (SHINY CLEAR) gems today are heat treated. Most retailers today sell them! But, when put on a meter or looked at thru a loop they may appear to be Colored quartz, glass or just plain fake, when in fact, they are not! rockcandy4u @levickie unfortunately, the way it works, is even the main gem buyer doesn't always know. Alot of times it happens before the gems are even cut. Unless it comes from GIA , in which case you're looking at very EXPENSIVE gems, its hard to tell.

visiblesoul @dawn2u777 Hi Dawn, Happy New Year! Did you get my other msg.? Heat treating is the STANDARD in gems industry and all retailers will tell you so, even disclosing so. Unless, maybe you shop exclusively at Harry Winston--and I bet many there are heat treated too. Relax, ladies! These are incredible prices for real stones!

rockcandy4u @visiblesoul. Well, Ive had issues with a couple ladies making a stink about heat treating. So, to better inform everyone, I created this listing so there woukd be no misunderstandings, and I added an addendum so far, to most of my clear gem listings. Of course A salesrep, on commission will say fake...he needs a sale. I only buy the best...I pass over many pieces cause I wouldn't wear them myself. 🤗

rockcandy4u @iwantagoldenegg I'm so sorry for your pain. I live with it daily since becoming disabled. I use CBD oil everyday and it's a miracle that allows me to be semi normal. What info are you seeking? About Heat Treatment? Guess I'm confused...🤗

rockcandy4u @iwantagoldenegg Oh Sissy! 1st...find a pain psychologist! You'd be amazed at how much help they are. I had Dr. Tim Sam's. Hes written a few books and does individual counseling. I saw him for 1 year...The CBD tincture I use is half and half....cbd/the. Under the tongue 3 minutes. There are chocolate bars with half and half too. I take 1/3 square and just let it melt at bed time to ease pain

It scares people into spending more and buying from their store. It's sad, because lots of their Jewelry is heated too. It's really a very simple treatment...

rockcandy4u @gvoxx_posh Ahhh, no, very few may be heat treated. I put this on here so people know what it is! If a Gem is lab made, it'll say so in the listing, if it's Genuine it'll say Genuine, and if it's fake, it'll say fake or Faux. Knowledge is power for all Jewelry buyers. I posted Gem Information all through my listings...don't assume

I only wanted to know because you are an expert at this and there are many jewelers that sell lab created stones, too. It’s getting extremely hard to tell what is heat treated, lab created, fake, costume, crystal, rhinestone, etc. unless we are gemologists. But your gems are real which is why I purchased many 💍s from you in the past. Sorry again. 🙁
