tenleysgoods Hi there! I wonder if you could offer some advice? I've got an issue with someone purchasing an item from me that was on hold. moodtherapy @tenleysgoods if you go to your sales click on that purchase and under the sale it will says “problem with order” hit that button, than there will be a button that says “cancel order” hit that then u pick the reason for cancelling. It should automatically cancel the sale and refund the customer! Lmk if u have any questions!
