friedshrimp @stefmorgan77 the gummy (adhesive stuff) is sticky to your skin to help things stay in place. It’s totally reusable but I find it works best if washed between uses (by hand with mild soap lukewarm water) and let dry, also so don’t apply to lotion-y skin! If you follow those guidelines they work wonderfully!! Hope that helps!!
