"Flair" Vintage Dress

Funky and fun retro, vintage dress by Flair. Underarm to underarm 18", length from top of shoulder to bottom of hem 37", curved edge on left side that is accented with a ruffle, slight slit at bottom of curve, some small stains to be expected on truly vintage clothing shown in last picture - very slight.
