katsclothing @shopperwilliams If I'm understanding your question properly -- these wouldn't be for exercise. These are more for "decoration" if that makes sense. And the ones with fleece I will guess are meant to help keep your legs warmer than say nylons would as they are a thicker material. I hope this helps!

katsclothing @shopperwilliams These are sized as One Size "Plus" which is said to go up to a size 22 (or 24?). So these should work well for an 18/20.
