julie_walter Runs small is an understatement. These are kids/juniors size. I ordered a medium and it wouldn't fit my 13 yr old cousin. There are no tags so no idea what cheap brand it could be. The materials are cheap and scratchy. Your measurements might be right but thats because the design of the sweater has extra fabric on the sides. The sleeves are 3/4 length not full like the picture shows.
