sasamui @lexiesi morning! I would order the medium (the tag will say 2XL), but it will fit a med. The measurements taken with the jacket flat are: 41" bust, shoulder 16", length 23". Hope these measurements work for you! Its my last med :)

sasamui @poshmarksandra1 The xs fits a size 0-2 and the small fits a size 2-4. There is not a huge difference between the sizes...maybe 1-2" in the chest, so I would size up if you are planning to wear something bulky underneath. Hope this helps!
