sasamui @jewelsrose hi! I just remeasured the 3xl which is comparable to a large. With the coat zipped up the bust measures 41”, shoulder 17” across and hip is 46”. Maybe measure an existing coat of yours for comparison:)

sasamui @sheronicam35 with the coat zipped up and laid flat, the bust area measures 41" max. Not sure if that works for you.

Take a look at the measurements above...the sizes fit smaller so i think the 2XL would be good for you even with your pacemaker and a sweater on! Let me know what u think so I can order it while it's still in stock!!

sasamui @labels20 unfortunately this is my last size left! I don't have any mediums anymore. Your best bet is to measure the bust of an existing coat and compare that to my posted measurement. Hope that'll help!
