beautifulwiley @mcboyle well before I purchase mine I read allll the reviews lol that stated they were actually a little big in some people. But if you do not have a slim foot get your regular size. So I took the dive and ordered my actual size. I will say this, they realllly stretch as you wear them almost unbelievable! Super comfy too. So all in all would I like to have an 8 maybe but the 7 1/2 fits just fine. I guess the plastic heats up from the foot which is why they stretch.

beautifulwiley @mcboyle I agree. Make sure to remember tho, they will seem tight at first. They have to get warmed up to your feet. Meaning if you get a bigger size, they will stretch as you wear them and may not fit. 🤷🏽‍♀️ watch some YouTube videos on them😉😉😉
