14k gold, bought for 120 at tattoo parlor. Recommend professional to insert jewelry.. need type of pliers to open and close. Used for septum in pictures as shown I believe this is 18 gauge? It’s the smallest gauge if I remember correctly. Nice simple piece, always got compliments.. will last forever.

courtneyjule @dorinne28 definitely it just depends on your piercing’s gauge. I can’t remember what gauge this is but it’s small and does require a tool or professional piercer to insert and close. It’s a really nice simple piece, I payed over 100 for it.
