3/20 elegant mini skirt euro size 14 US size 10

Very elegant, black and white, polka dots. European sizing 14 but it fits size 8-10. The lining is torn but can be easily fixed, does not show at all! Can be dressed up or down easily! Looks perfect for parties and nice gathering! It is a steal! Pet/ smoke free home!
