rock_gypsy @donnalemon Hi there! Apologies for the delay in replying. I attached a new photo with a pic of the heel against a measuring tape. Looks like the heel is about 2 inches.

rock_gypsy @donnalemon I wear a 6.5 and these have a tiny bit of looseness towards the back of the heel. If I were to keep them, I would probably add one of those silicone heel protectors inside the heel - then I think they would be perfect for me.

donnalemon @rock_gypsy hi, thanks for your apology and honesty. I’m having the same problem with quite a few pairs; some 6.5s fit to a “t,” others don’t. I can’t afford to buy one more pair that I’d have to make adjustments for. So sorry because they’re so pretty.
