idbeads @hrheatherkay Talking to you on my wall so other people don’t see it. When the package was placed on my glass table I heard a loud noise. I suspected the wrapping was not sufficient but I was hopeful they survived. I can add pictures to this listing to show you and how the shoes are damaged. I have pulled them out completely yet. Just my first look inside the bag.

idbeads @hrheatherkay They give you 5pounds weight to ship with the Poshmark $6.49 fee. You could have put these in s box for safe shipping. Each shoe wrapped with something would have possible saved them. I’ll post the picture now chips on the upper heel area.

idbeads @hrheatherkay The dress is great but I’m sure the shoes will need $15 repair. Please consider refunding the $15 (I’ll use that $ to repair the shoes) and dress $ shipping $ fine. Then I’ll give 5 Stars feedback. I think learning from this is the most important thing. You don’t need neg. Feedback to learn from a mistake. What do you think about this plan of action? I have not contacted Poshmark and I will delete this listing when everything is in order.

idbeads @hrheatherkay So I now see the chips. I thought it was light from the photos. So I guess that was there but the chuck off the shoe was not in any photo I remember.

idbeads @hrheatherkay Personally I’d rather have the $ needed to fix the shoes to what they were when you shipped them. If you want everything back I would be returning a washed dress. Shipping fees $6.49 x2 seemed unreasonable for me to ask for but if that’s what you want let’s contact Poshmark to review the situation. Is this really what you want to do? Your out $13 instead of $15. See if Poshmark will refund $13 and let’s not make a big deal about this. That’s the easiest solution.

idbeads @hrheatherkay If you look closely at the right shoe there are clearly more paint chips on the left side of the heel. I just noticed that. I’ll post a better photo now (but it’s on my first photo too)

idbeads @hrheatherkay I don’t see more paint chips on the left shoe. Only on the right shoe left side. $13 is my compromise refund or let’s let Poshmark tell us what to do. I need the left shoe chunk of the heel repaired and the paint chips on the right shoe repaired. They are the damage issues at hand. See extra photos just posted

hrheatherkay @idbeads why 6.49 twice? The dress isn’t that. Why did you wash the dress it was brand new with tag and last night you hadn’t even opened the package. I don’t like this. So you get dress and shoes and I get nothing? Feels wrong the dress was 9.00

idbeads @hrheatherkay I am a teacher. New in your closet still has risks. I wash everything used or new from someone’s closet with dryel the minute I unpack it. That’s my safety routine. Lice can travel from clothes to clothes hanging in a closet. Kids transfer it from coat to coat if they are touching in a classroom. That’s what I’d do.
