This is BRAND NEW, never been on a body. I ordered this dress for Easter '17 thinking it was close to ankle length. It's a little shorter than I wear so I decided that I could find a coordinating fabric and add a wide hem band, make coordinating cuffs and a sash... Well, you have to have access to a fabric store for that - none within 100 miles of me 🙄, it is an absolutely BREATHTAKING dress.
