Adorable little girl's Sesame Street puffy vest. Black ruffle trim around neckline and sleeve openings. 4 1/2" wide bottom section is covered with black polka dots and has a front ribbon and bow trim. Elmo is written across the front with Elmo's head being the letter O. e,l & m are glitter letters. Full front zipper. Size 5T 100% polyester. Machine wash cold.
