@caritum2017 Posh won’t allow for exchanges as all orders must go through there label system. The best I can do is advise you that they run true to size, so if your foot is a 7, order a 7 for example. I have had good luck with this shoe fitting everybody that has ordered it this week (it’s new). Please click on my profile picture and you can see my love notes (customer comments) there. I aim to please and I always want the shoe to fit so you will come back and shop with me again ❤️

A few gals with narrow feet claimed they were a bit big. You are the very first person to say that they run small. I truly try to do my best with size recommendations but ultimately it is the decision of the client. I am happy to help you re-sell the shoes in your closet...

@ryleigh_kai ok, I measured the 7. From the tip of the inner toe to the back of the inner heel (of course you don’t want your toes to go all the way to the edge, lol) 9.5" I hope this helps it should give you about 1” of toe room ❤️
