Women's Orange and White Striped Off the Shoulder Old Navy Dress. Soft, stretchy and flowy dress has elastic around the neck to hold the sleeves off shoulder. Sleeves are 3/4 length. Can be worn as either a dress or top [or both]. Sizes XXL [plus size] and XL. XXL has no tags though the plastic for the physical tag is still there [it's brand new and was purchased that way] XL has tags.
