madaboutheels @kendallgracceee hello. You need to open a case with poshmark. Normally you have three days after tracking shows delivered to open a case before the payment is released to me .

madaboutheels @kendallgracceee You were right according to tracking the boot was returned to me. Please contact Poshmark regarding this order. They may either refund you or they may send me another shipping label. BUT the shipping address will need to be updated.

madaboutheels @kendallgracceee so this is how poshmark works normally I receive the funds when the item is mark as deliver . Funds is release within 3 days after marked deliver. So your order isn’t mark deliever so I don’t know exactly what is going on with your order . You need open a case with poshmark , you can tell them you still want the item . Hope that makes sense

madaboutheels @kendallgracceee yes , I think I have them . I need to physically check the boots make sure I know where they are . Sometimes for some of my other customers the package gets return to me and poshmark will provide me another label to ship it out again . Poshmark handles these situations.
