@elizziebeth1969 my right foot is bigger than my left after having a really bad sprain so depending on the type of shoe I’m getting determines what size I purchase. I wear a 6/6.5 typically and these fit great on my left but my right needed more like a 7 so I’d say they’re true to size. Plus they do slightly stretch with time and wear.
