Adorable R. L. Tartan Plaid Wrap Top

Very very cute plaid lightweight cotton flannel wrap top. Finished with a double layer of ruffles at the neck line all the way down to the waist. Hook and eye closure on inside and then a one button closure on front. Bottom hem as well as ruffles are finished with a pinking shear edge. Poof sleeve with button closure in back. Two belt loops so the blouse could be worn with a belt. It has been worn once and is in excellent condition.
