HAMSA Hand necklace

Beautiful custom made rose gold with Swarovski crystals adjustable hand can come off the braided brown material chain. This is a piece I do not want to depart with, but I do not wear it. I have it hanging a a decoration instead. It’s about 18 inches long but can be worn as a choker as the closures due move up and down the coiled chain, Real 925 sterling silver.
