@kmthees yes the entire thing is stretch so the measurement won't be accurate at all since laying flat doesn't spandex account for stretch. But would you like me to give you the slightly stretched measurement without putting too much pressure on it?

@swardro1 this dress is seriously so so comfortable. The material feels like butter and it's not see through at all! The waist laying flat on large is 15". It might actually work for you. Very stretchy too.
