hickchicklori I want to bundle this and KoGenDo but will have to wait till next payday on 20th. blueo69 Hello, there I just got home and saw the cover drops were delivered and I was so excited to see them and when I opened the package I quickly realized something is wrong I know theses are supposed to be cover drops meaning liquidy but mines came pasty I'm not sure if they're too old or what but I can't use them so far only opened one but I'm sure there's a chance the other one will be the same so what do I do now

tonyacoffey @blueo69 Hello, Can you please make sure u shake them up really well? If you don’t like them u can return them. A lot of times they are thick & not liquidy. It’s just how they are. You can google cover FX consistency & a lot of people are saying they are too thick, return them & replace them with a new one but same thing. I think they need a new formula! But you can send everything back & Posh will refund you. 😊

tonyacoffey @blueo69 If the other one is okay, u can just keep it & send the other one back & they will still give u a full refund but they won’t do it until USPS confirms it has been delivered back. You can keep the sample too.

blueo69 @tonyacoffey unfortunately they're both the same so I'll have to return them or I don't know if you do exchange, my post office is already closed for the day and I am working all day tomorrow so Monday I'll start the return process it's a real downer cause I was really looking forward to these so if you do exchange once I get my refund I'll reorder from u again if you still have the N80 and the G80

tonyacoffey @blueo69 Hi i can just send you the replacements & use my own shipping label so u can just throw those away or do whatever you want with them. I will ship it tomorrow. So sorry! Unless you just want a refund then you will have to send them back per Posh. It’s up to you.
