Where to start? Black and White batik modern print. Has ruched drop waist. And cute pom pom detail on the slightly open shoulders. Don't worry! Not a true open shoulder. This is too small for me as an 18/20. Too tight.  My loss your gain! ✌️ Bought from Macy's.
