J Crew- Crewcuts jeweled, tulle-skirted dress. Size 14 Gorgeous and comfortable! Top half of dress is quality sweatshirt material paired with lovely tulle on the bottom half of dress and beautiful grosgrain ribbon to line zipper area. We purchased 2 sizes for a portrait photo and event. We kept one, and this is the size that did not work. Our daughter loved wearing this dress because it was soooo comfortable, yet fancy! NEW WITH TAGS
