across bust: 16" (while dress lies flat)
across waist: 15.5" (while dress lies flat)
top to bottom: 39" where straps are tied now but are adjustable to make longer or shorter

I wear dresses sized 8... depending on the designer.
This dress hangs perfectly on my curvy hips & rear-end with plenty of stretch to spare.
What I like most about the dress is that the top covers my Victoria's Secret Bombshell Push-up Bra but still shows off just enough hint of cleavage.
I've wore this dress dancing on date night, to weddings & over a bikini in a summer day with flip-flops.
Think "Tango" - it's the perfect dress for a night of Tango.
