cieracat @ndfancutie105 Hey! How are you? So far this weekend has been super slow, unfortunately. I think everyone did their shopping last weekend? I’ve been selling for awhile now - here and on other sites. I moved across the country awhile ago so that’s when it became my full time job.

cieracat @ndfancutie105 It’s definitely time consuming - especially PM! It’s easy to get started with your own clothes but once you get serious about it it definitely takes an investment. If you really dive into it though it’s a great way to get your mind off things since it is so all consuming! You should try posting a few things!

cieracat @ndfancutie105 I really depends on what what your objective is. I think PM can be a good side hustle for the average seller to make a few bucks each month. But even to get to that point it takes awhile and a lot of time on the app spent sharing. PM takes a huge cut - 20% - and it’s not a site that you can just list items and sit back and wait for them to sell, like eBay. You have to work it all day, every day.

cieracat @ndfancutie105 For me PM is about quantity - you don’t make much on an average sale so you have to sell a lot to make any real money. I sell a lot of expensive, designer luxury brands but rarely on here. People on Posh are looking for a deal. I do well on Posh but I work my butt off and I couldn’t rely on just my Posh income to survive. I have to sell on multiple sites to make what I need to live the lifestyle I want.

cieracat @ndfancutie105 That being said, I love Posh and think if you have stuff you’re ready to part with it’s a great outlet. Just know it’s not going to make you rich. Lol. I’d guess there’s probably a dozen or so sellers that are bringing in six figures and they’re boutique closets. They’re the closets where everything they have listed is brand new and comes in versions sizes. Which is a lot less work than my kind of closet!

ndfancutie105 Ive been had!!! Tht Coach w/wallet is a total fake. There went $136 down the drain. Should I get in touch w Posh so she doesn't do this to another poor soul. U kno I'm going thru so much right now. At first I thought it was but it's totally fake. People need to know about her cuz tht is just going to bring Poshmark's name down the drain w phony ppl like that. Im sure there's others out there. So tell Posh, correct? Unreal im so upset about this just another thing on my mind. Heck why not😰

cieracat @ndfancutie105 Don’t freak out just don’t accept it and don’t rate her on the app. Go to your order and click problem with order or something like that and open a case. Send them pics etc. Just make sure not to accept it or you won’t be able to make a claim. They’re pretty good with handling this sort of thing. That’s why they hold the sellers money until the buyers say it’s good to be released.
