sunshinepam Picture shows straps but wording says halter. Please confirm which it is. Also I wear a lot of Ralph Lauren clothes. Jeans are usually true to size, tops vary, sometimes I have to order one size larger. How is it with their bathing suits? Do you find them to be true to size? I’m a 16 am worried this might be too big. Thanks Pam
