fanzy_pantz @gp5029 hi 😆 the cups themselves are thick and molded but not padded, however, there is those little push up pads near the bottom of each cup (like push up bras have) and they are not removeable

fanzy_pantz @maolee hi 😊 the sizing measurements per manufacturer are in the description but my personal opinion would small could fit up to a smaller size 4, medium fits size 4/6, large 8/10... unless you are busty. In that case, size by bust measurement. I wear a size 4, size 27 jeans and would fit a medium except I'm too top heavy so I fit the large just fine. I hope that's helpful.
