What kind of buttonholes on the sleeve does it have? Are they functioning ( Surgeons) Button holes or is the button sewn on top of The material?

ok, can you please measure the exact distance from the end of the sleeve cuff to the first buttonhole? that way I can see if there is room for me to alter the sleeves and still look proportionally correct in relation to the functional sleeve buttons. thank you

My assistant just measured the sleeve and it was 25 not 25.5. So that may help
