Tacori Classic Crescent 18kt White Gold Style 2616RD Size 6.25, mounting/ring only, center stone is NOT a diamond; the pave stones are .22ct diamonds from Tacori graded G SI. Made in 2011 as size 6.25 (hasn't been resized), ordered from Diamonds Direct. Retail $2,850 w/o tax; 3K+ w/tax. Photos by me. The diamond originally set was 6mm, was 1.30ct. Replaced with the stone currently in it measuring 7mm. See comments for appraisal info:

pearljampj @stefanygarrett it does not. i know 6-7mm - YES, Diamonds Direct should be able to answer above 7mm. 7mm is in it now, I would imagine 8mm wouldn’t be a problem. I know a stone smaller than 6mm definitely wil not work, the prongs would be too close together. How far apart they can go is what i don’t know. Thx!

pearljampj Appraisal: will come with ring however it’s the original appraisal with the original diamond. I do not have a new appraisal figure for the ring with no diamond. Please see Tacori’s website for the retail cost of this ring. Names, address etc will be crossed off the appraisal when it’s shipped. Appraisal does note the color and clarity of the pave diamonds.

pearljampj @angiebee11 yes but it’s the original papers with the diamond. i do not have a revised one for the placeholder stone. this item is also not eligible for the 10% bundle and my price is firm as it’s already been lowered drastically. i’ll cancel your bundle. thanks!

mshirey3 Hi there. I just researched and it says this setting only holds up to 1.10ct diamond but the placeholder is 7mm which is 1.3ct. I really want this but I have a 2ct diamond it would need to hold. Is there anything on your paperwork that can verify it will hold up to an 8mm stone?

pearljampj @mshirey3 no there isn't, only the appraisal. My older diamond was 6mm and 1.3ct, the placeholder is 7mm, so it really depends on the mm of your diamond; I don't see why 8mm would not work here as the prongs have plenty of room for that but you also need to know the table, depth etc. I would contact a diamonds direct or other Tacori retailer regarding this particular setting as its hand made. The internet will not answer this for your because of that.....
