riegle_23 @kli23 hey, I don't think it's waterproof, just a wind jacket. I'm not sure which brand it is. I got it from my sister who got it from a vintage store in Seattle. There is light wear and tear. There is a bit of purple missing. You can see it on the zipper in the third picture.
