New without tags or box. Size 38 europe (about size 7.5-8 US). Black studded rubber rain boots. Similar to Valentino Rockstud rain boots. Shaft height is approx 9 inches. Heel height: 1.5”. Platform height: 0.5”. Note: (see last picture) tip of right boot has a small indentation in the rubber, but not noticeable when wearing. Came from manufacturer like that.
