ipovepou @1jennagilbert Hi Jenna, so sorry for the late reply... I checked the system and records showed your order was processed for shipping on 8/12th. But it was not released for shipping because it failed quality check/inspection due to manufacturer defect. We have requested replacement from the manufacturer and are awaiting replacement.
