Fully lined. 19 1/2 inches long. 34 inches across bust. 100% polyurethane outside and 100 % poly lining. GREAT CONDITION. No flaws. I CANNOT DRY CLEAN THIS ITEM, SO I WILL HAND WASH BEFORE SHIPPING.
