Cold shoulder and halter dress

Cold shoulder and halter dress in a size XS from Charlotte Russe. Has a halter design with self tie straps in the back and a cold shoulder design for the sleeves to make it an open shoulder. Only flaw is that there is a small tear on the left strap as shown in the picture. This is brand new and has never been worn!
