I bought a fake Pandora charm off another online shopping that begins with an "M" and when i reported it and had proof, they closed my account! They took down my review of the product and did not respond to my emails. I worked for Pandora for years, but they wouldnt even listen to me. I did get my money back through my credit card company. I think Poshmark has your back💕Thank you for sharing!

@rlavigne hello. Its hard to tell when the charm is real or fake especially now since they are making pandora charms to look almost as perfect as the real ones. You can go on google and google the real charm. It will tell you where the stamp is and what side it should be facing. If you wanna add some photos of your charms i can look trough them as well. Real pandora charms are made perfectly, with out any flaws and they are made with heavy duty medal to past a long time.

@jazatty1 Poshmark is usually fair, if you can prove that item is fake (while the seller indicating that it was authentic) they will give refund the order. Returns are kinda slow and frustrating with Poshmark

However, after reading your post I tried to count the cz from seller’s pics and Pandora website’s pic. The real one has only 20 cz in total while the fake one has 24. Your post is really a big help for someone who has zero- knowledge about Pandora like me. 🙏🙏🙏

@mtex37 i wanted my pandora bracelet to tell my life story so it was hard to find all the charms that i wanted but there are many Poshmark sellers that are very honest. I cant think of the names from top of my head. I’ll try to go back into my purchases and tag some of them.

@helen216 hello. Honestly these charms were such a bad quality its crazy. I went on “wish” app and found these exact charms for like $2. These were not silver nor pandora. Such a cheap replica. Ohh i swear if posh didn’t give me back refund i would of blocked posh forever. Plus everyone deserves what they paid for. We all work hard for our money!!!

IHILLARYFRAZ got me for ALOT of money😢After receiving a charm that didn’t look right, I took all of my charms to a Pandora store and they confirmed every single charm I had was fake. When I tried to reach out to her she IMMEDIATELY BLOCKED me🤬It is Beyond frustrating that she is still selling on here & another Site. @tantanfox I was completely heart broken when I received my charms and i found out that they are fake. I cried. Especially after wanting a pandora bracelet and charms for such a long time. People are taking advantage of so many of us, but also we need to be smarter and do our research before we buy anything .

I recently bought a Disneyland charm by seller “ocdsc80”. I’m trying not to think too much of it till I get the charm BUT I saw some that I actually own and the color on her pictures look a bit off. Also, some murano charms that I own and have a bit of a sparkle to them, but when I see her pictures they don’t have the sparkle on her pictures.If you guys have the chance to check out her page pls let me know what you guys think.

@raelarellano good morning. I went and checked out her page. Unless she actually works for Pandora i personally wouldn’t buy from her. Also out of 600+ listings she has 4 ratings on charms. I am not saying its not real its hard to tell by pictures but you have 3 days to accept the order. If you have pandora bracelet/charms you will see the difference, if not google as much as possible about your charm. Disney charms usually glow in dark as well.

@ludaaa my personal opinion is they are not real. Again that is my opinion i would definitely google search and compare. The stamp is off and O doesnt have the crown on Pandora. The Mickey 50 year charm the stars are not nicely done for such a collection. Im sorry.
