lovenushuz @misskay818 people measure the heel height differently, that’s why I provide 2 measurements. The 3.5 is measured at the inner heel (shank) the 4” is measured up the back of the heel not including heel tap

I have not had anybody complain that they are uncomfortable. However, comfort is always subjective so I won’t know exactly how they may fit your foot 💛
