carolhazen @minkalamour I made a Closet clear out Order from a PFF, she was unhappy with the price negotiated, so I made a 2nd Order and paid an extra $10. Then I get it, and 1/3 is damaged, unsellable, unwearable, torn and the most expensive item is missing. It was sent really late, and she never contacted me or answered msgs sent. So ive had to spend days explaining all this to PM and work hard

carolhazen @minkalamour to get them to Resolve this confusing mess. So finally both orders approved for Refund, I had to box it al togethere, weigh it at PO then mail out. I'm still stressed Not sure if she will accept it back without delay or problems. and probably lost a PFF!! ugh!

carolhazen @minkalamour so I probably will not buy from a PFF for awhile. I have had several orders missing items. That the Seller said they sent. ugh. I accepted 2 because one was a minor item but the first was the most expensive item. so I will not accept them anymore. grrr.

minkaandco @carolhazen No don't accept items you don't recieve! And you can check your purchases and see if they have indeed been scanned by the USPS and where they are located. Next to the delivery truck. See message above. ... I keep my poshers appriased of when the USPS scans and I double check and make sure they are scanned. The posher will recieve notice that they have "not shipped the package" when it isn't scanned.

carolhazen @minkalamour no I got the package but ppl are leaving most expensive out of a closet clear out sale. Which greatly lowers the value of all of it. Sending the wrong size by mistake can happen. I try to check and double check my stuff. Then stay in contact with buyer. This PFF did not even send a Thank you note, and packed it horrible. I was shocked. Took a lot of work to send it back. It was confusing with 2 orders scrambled.

minkaandco @carolhazen i lost all my belongings about 4 years ago due to a terrible incident that I am suing for. It has been going on forever and my lawyer likes to yell at me. But not keep me informed on whats going on. They asked how much i will settle for in Dec. and I have heard nothing from him. UGGGGGG.
