hipchicsclosetHello, and welcome to Poshmark! 🌷🌸. We are happy to have you! Please feel free to ask if you have any questions. I’m happy to help. Happy Poshing❤️😊

Mar 09Reply

kid_charlemagne@hipchicscloset Hi hipchic. Are you a moderator on the site? If so, I have a few questions perhaps you could help me with. Thanks so much!

Mar 10Reply

hipchicscloset@kid_charlemagne I’m not a moderator but I am an ambassador and I’m happy to help or find someone who can help you! What questions do you have?

Mar 10Reply

kid_charlemagne@hipchicscloset Great! I have just started on Poshmark and I have over a dozen pair of Allen Edmonds shoes, all in close to new condition or recently refurbished by Allen Edmonds. Is it best to list them all at once or a couple at a time? Thank you for your help!

Mar 10Reply

hipchicscloset@kid_charlemagne That’s great...they are ver nice shoes. It’s best to list them all at once every because the more items you have in your shop, the more traffic you will get! It increases your visibility. Also, try to follow as many people as you can and share some of their items so they will follow back and share yours.

Mar 10Reply

hipchicscloset@kid_charlemagne also, you can learn a lot of pointers by reading the posh tips which is a link on your main closet page😁. Hope this helps! Keep me posted!

Mar 10Reply

kid_charlemagne@hipchicscloset Thank you! Also, do transactions typically take the place within the app? I posted a pair of shoes yesterday and someone replied asking me to text them. It didn’t seem legit so I didn’t.

Mar 10Reply

hipchicscloset@kid_charlemagne You were right to be suspicious...all transactions take place within Piah, although there are some who choose to go out of posh to do so because of the expensive shipping, but you can easily get scammed that way! When you get a sale it will show up on your feed and you click on the my sales ink on your main closet page.

Mar 10Reply

hipchicscloset@kid_charlemagne Pish will email you a shipping label to print out and put on your package. Check off the three steps, mail it and then mark it shipped. Once they receive it, they can accept mmediately, although some don’t realize that, so Posh gives them 3 days to advise if something is wrong. At that point your funds will transfer to your posh account. You can then transfer your money to your bank account or request a personal check from posh.

Mar 10Reply

kid_charlemagne@hipchicscloset Great, thanks so much for your help. I appreciate it!

Mar 11Reply

donnastreasuresHi, my name is Donna. Welcome to Poshmark! If there’s ever anything I can do to help you, please don’t hesitate to ask! 😊

Mar 20Reply

kid_charlemagne@donnastreasures Hi Donna, I’m new to Poshmark and still learning a lot, so I just may take you up on your offer for help! Thanks so much! I appreciate it.

donnastreasures@kid_charlemagne Anytime!

Mar 20Reply

monikensHello, I’m Julia. Whether you are buying or, I would like to welcome you to Poshmark😊.

Mar 21Reply

kid_charlemagne@monikens Hi Julia, thanks so much! I’m just starting on Poshmark but I’ve found it to be a very professionally run app. Now if we could only get rid of the trolls that want you to text them!

Mar 21Reply

valintino1Welcome!😊 Hope you have an awesome time buying/selling fashion items. It is so much fun, if you have any questions just let me know, my closet's name is: valintino1 ❤ and a quick tip... just share, share and share some more! Share your items, as well as you share other's posher's items. That will help you a lot, because more people will see your closet, and hopefully the right buyer will fall in love with your items : )

Mar 21Reply

monikens@kid_charlemagne yes I agree with you. It’s hard to ignore. However, I wish you every success.

Mar 21Reply

kid_charlemagne@valintino1 Thanks so much Valentino!

Mar 21Reply

kid_charlemagneHi Valintino - I have a quick question perhaps you could help me with. Poshmark seems like an excellent, well run site, however the majority of the participants are women who are selling women’s clothing. Do you have any suggestions for selling men’s clothing? I would greatly appreciate your help! Thank you in advance.

Mar 22Reply

aurora_apparelHa! Steely Dan! Woot!

Mar 22Reply

kid_charlemagne@aurora_apparel Finally - someone gets it!

Mar 22Reply

kid_charlemagne@aurora_apparel now get along...

Mar 22Reply

aurora_apparel@kid_charlemagne “Only a fool would say that...” 😆

Mar 22Reply

kid_charlemagne@aurora_apparel I found my kindred spirit on Poshmark! Amazing!

Mar 22Reply

aurora_apparel@kid_charlemagne So funny! I’ll admit, it’s my best friend who is the lifelong fan... I’ve gotten a lot of exposure to it! Best nonsensical lyrics, and rhythms that are super fun to dance to! 💃🏻🕺🏻

Mar 23Reply

kid_charlemagne@aurora_apparel Walter (RIP) and Donald were two brilliant stoners who met in college and it grew from there. Yes, their lyrics seem totally whimsical but each song has a story behind it. Like “My Old School” is based on a girl who called the cops on them in college for their recreational endeavors, thus “they’re never going bank to my old school”. I could go on forever but it’s nice to meet a fellow Dan fan!

Mar 23Reply

kid_charlemagne@aurora_apparel *back* to my old school - duh

Mar 23Reply

seafloorbeatsYour handle and username caught my eye - I LOVE Steely Dan!!

Apr 07Reply

kid_charlemagne@seafloorbeats Finally - someone gets it! Well done! I grew up with the Dan blaring on the stereo!

Apr 07Reply

seafloorbeats@kid_charlemagne Me too! My dad took me to see them a couple times back in the day. There is an excellent local cover band called Nearly Dan that we go see every one in a while.

Apr 07Reply

kid_charlemagne@seafloorbeats Actually Donald Fagan is still touring even though Walter Becker passed away last year. I’m going to see them at the Beacon Theatre in NYC in October. They never played live back in the day because their music was so precise that it didn’t translate to live performances. Now get along...

Apr 07Reply

Sep 02Reply

lamarquez16Hello, I appreciate the follow. I'm new to selling but not new to buying on Poshmark. I started this adventure with my daughter as a means to spend quality time together. We have a variety of clothes for women, men, and youth boys. We shared some items from your closet and we hope you can do the same Happy Poshing

Sep 05Reply

aghostfacedup@kid_charlemagne I've found the best method for posting to support promotion of your items within the algorithm is at least 1 per day, or more.. basically adding new item(s) each day

Sep 30Reply

kid_charlemagne@aghostfacedup Thank you, I will try that!

Sep 30Reply

corin1965@kid_charlemagne hi Kid, you kitties are precious.🐈‍⬛❤️🐈

Oct 13Reply

kid_charlemagne@corin1965 Aw, thank you so much! I have a small farm and people just dump off their unwanted kitties here and I’m the sucker who gets them spayed/neutered and gives them a home for life either in the house or in the barn. I swear they live better than me! Thanks again for your kind words!

Oct 13Reply

kid_charlemagne@corin1965 The kitty you have posted is adorable! I love its black nose 😻

Feb 18Reply

sharonbenson788I see your reply now lol.

Feb 18Reply

kid_charlemagne@sharonbenson788 Is there gas in the car?

Feb 18Reply

sharonbenson788@kid_charlemagne ??? Now I am completely confused. It doesn’t take much though

Feb 18Reply

kid_charlemagne@sharonbenson788 A lyric in Steely Dan’s Kid Charlemagne

Feb 18Reply

sharonbenson788@kid_charlemagne ok. Aja

Feb 18Reply

sharonbenson788So I see that you are going to see Steely Dan…amazing. I am in Canada. I will have to check out their tour locations. I am going to see ZZ top and Lynyrd Skynrd as well. Music gives me life. I am 71 years old. Granny Rocker.

Feb 18Reply

kid_charlemagne@sharonbenson788 Rock on! I love ZZ Top - Just Got Paid is my favorite - and Skynyrd is terrific- Simple Man is my favorite of theirs. I’m glad Skynyrd reformed after the awful plane crash in ‘77.

Feb 19Reply

sharonbenson788@kid_charlemagne yes such a horrible loss. I have already seen Lynyrd Skynrd. Fantastic show! My bucket list is Live band concerts and traveling. Covid kind messed that up. I saw Ringo Starr and wore my mask for the whole concert. It was so hot but I didn’t want to chance getting sick.

Feb 19Reply

sharonbenson788@kid_charlemagne I had booked ZZ Top then Rusty died so of course the concert was cancelled. Don’t know who the new singer will be for the next concert. I am also going to see Journey. I saw the dog whisperer lol…Cesar Milan..

Feb 19Reply

kid_charlemagne@sharonbenson788 I’m at Get the Lead Out - tonight, a great Zeppelin tribute band. The closest I’ll ever get to seeing the Mighty Zep - so it will be rockin’ for sure!

Feb 19Reply

sharonbenson788@kid_charlemagne great! Have a good time! I know you will. I think if we want to chat we should do it on another forum. Kinda off topic here. As you said, “Rock On” and let the good times roll.

Feb 19Reply

kid_charlemagne@sharonbenson788 Rock on and have a great night!

Feb 19Reply
