kellrust7 @malloryvinson Hi! Thank you for your interest :) The sole is approx. 10 inches long, and the inside is about 9 inches. And the width at the widest part is about 4 inches on the outside, just if you were wondering. I hope this helps!! :)

kellrust7 @cynj571 Hi! Sorry for the late reply. The height of the platform for both sizes is about 1 3/4 inche at the tallest part in the back, and about 1 1/4 inch at the shortest part in the front.

kellrust7 @graceegage Hi! I'm unsure because I don't wear a size 6, but they are about 9" long on the inside, and i would allow about a 1.5" of wiggle room. I looked up what a size 6 is in inches and it says 9.5", so in that case I'd say they run small. Hope this is helpful!
